Kudos to Birbal’s wit and presence of mind. But the same funda when applied in training programs, fails to work! Many training programs are undertaken in the pious hope that there is always a chance that the participants may learn something!! But nothing could be further from the truth.

  6. Address behavioural modification from within through helping your participants unlearn their Mindsets, Attitudes and Habits
